Nexperia - interactive presentation 'Code of Conduct'
A cleverly constructed PowerPoint presentation is a perfect communication channel to tell a story clearly, ideal for Internal Communication. Everyone is presented with the same story and there is no need for a time-consuming physical meeting. Since experience shows that one-way communication is less effective than interactivity, Nexperia chose this medium to communicate a message to its own employees. Centagon was asked to create this presentation.
In collaboration with Centagon, an interactive presentation was created to guide each employee through the vision of the internal code of conduct. A voice-over provides a brief introduction to each chapter, followed by a question for the employee.
The employee chooses an answer in a multiple-choice format, after which it is immediately clear why the chosen answer is right or wrong. This dynamic approach means that the employee is actively involved and that the vision has been successfully communicated to everyone. Clear and efficient!
