Nexperia - 'Essential' campaign
Nexperia is constantly on the lookout for new talent. One of the ways chosen is to recruit new employees through the company’s own employees. After all, they are the best ambassadors for the company. To this end, an employer branding campaign has been developed that includes a reward system for introducing potential talent. For each (relevant) candidate, you can save up for a reward such as a hoodie, earpods and T-shirts. But of course, they wanted to have their logo on these reward items.
Centagon designed and delivered the giveaways and handled all communications to promote the campaign through various online and offline channels.
The result far exceeded initial expectations and the campaign has become a recurring part of the ongoing recruitment process.
